Driving Directions to SSI

From Logan Airport:

Rt. 93 North to Rt. 95 South - also known as 128 South (inner belt) - to Route 3 North, OR:
Rt. 93 North all the way to Rt. 495 South (outer belt), Rt. 495 S to 3 North

Once on Rt. 3 North:

Take Route 3 North to Exit 32, Chelmsford (this exit is just north of the Route 3/Route 495 intersection, and the exit after two Route 110 exits)

At the end of the Exit 32 ramp, you come to the Drum Hill interchange.

Follow the signs for Route 4 North. Take Route 4 North toward North Chelmsford/Lowell. SSI is exactly one mile from your exit from the interchange, on the right-hand side of the road.

You will approach a traffic signal very roughly 3/10 of mile past the rotary, at a Petro Plus gas station (on your right, the Northeast corner of the intersection). Approach that light in the left lane, and pass straight through the light.

You will next approach a small bridge. (just under 1 mile from the rotary). Just beyond that bridge are two immense old Mill Buildings, one on the left (West) and one on the right (East). Each Mill is three stories tall, red brick, with large obsolete smokestacks of brick. The Mill on the left is marked by a large sign for a restaurant named Bainbridge's. SSI is located in the Mill Building on the RIGHT (East). There is a driveway into a parking lot marked 55 Middlesex Street just over the bridge. Park where you can. SSI is on the top floor, all the way in the back corner opposite where you turned into the parking lot. This is the southeastern corner of the rambling Mill building. (There are signs near the entrance door on the South side of the building, and near the far entrance on the East side of the building).

Note: 55 Middlesex St. looks like a down-sloping driveway into a large parking lot.
